I have always felt the thrill of working in the corporate world. This is a world of speed, information, profit, bottom-line and percentages!
My job as a Finance Manager gives me the insight into the core of each business. To be successful, business owners need to:
- Understand the products and services that they are offering;
- Have adequate procedure in place to ensure efficiency and synergy within the business units;
- Have clear description of responsibility for each staff member and each department unit to ensure accountability;
- Understand the importance of budgets and projections, and keep an close eye on all measurable targets and KPI.
I have over 20 years experience in accounting and finance with dexterity across a number of other business functions including IT and management. My belief in continuous improvement makes me an expert in process improvement to achieve organizational efficiency.
I am a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), I also hold Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with Deakin University.
